Our target at Angel Road Junior School is to develop the best potential learning opportunities for all our children. Nevertheless, Gifted and Talented education in PE is the method of recognizing, picking out, providing for and supporting the most able pupils. Pupils are acknowledged as talented when they show a high level of ability within a full range of Physical Education situations, or have the potential to do so.

Our P.E curriculum allows work that challenges our pupils with activities that develop and stimulate high achievement and good progress.  Pupils will be encouraged to travel through their learning at a quicker speed.  The school will also work supportively with external partners to accommodate for those pupils who have a high level of demand made upon their time as a result of their participation in high level sporting activities outside of school.
