Information, Booking and Payment Arrangements for Junior School Children

The Angel Road Federation offers a After School Club solely for the use of pupils attending Angel Road Infant or Angel Road Junior School. The club are open every day during term time and is based at the Infant School site.  We aim to provide a safe, caring environment for your child.  The clubs are aimed at parents who need childcare because of their working arrangements. 

Booking

If you are interested in booking a place, you will need to contact Mrs Robinson via email – basc@angelroadjunior.norfolk.sch.uk or call the Junior School office on 01603 980543. She will help you access the club and be able to tell you if there is space available.

Payment of the club happens through ParentMail. You will be charged for every session, even if you do not need the club one week or your child is ill. If you want to change your days, we will need a half-term’s notice. There may be some adhoc sessions available, which will be mentioned in both schools’ newsletter.

The cost is £9.50 for After School Club.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances and your child will only be allowed to attend if they are booked in.

Time of Club and Collection Arrangements

After School Club takes place from the end of school until 5.30pm. A snack tea with fresh fruit and a drink is provided.

Please ensure you always sign your child out when collecting from after school club. This is to ensure your child is safe and is a legal requirement. If someone is collecting your child who isn’t included on their school contact details, you must inform the club beforehand by calling the Junior School office.

If your child has any special dietary requirements or allergies you should ensure the club supervisors are aware of these.

Extra-Curricular Sports Clubs

Every term there are a number of different extra-curricular sports clubs for boys and girls of all year groups to participate in.  These clubs are run by the PE teacher, external sports coaches and staff, and are usually dependent on the season e.g. rounders club is run in the summer term.

All of our clubs are free of charge!  The school works tirelessly to keep the cost of these clubs free for all children and their mums/dads/carers.
